Deposit and cancellation policy

A $50 deposit per person holds your time slot and your clinician's travel to you. It goes toward your drip, it is not an extra charge.

How the $50 deposit works

  • A $50 deposit per person is charged when you book. It holds your time slot and your clinician's travel to you.
  • Your deposit is applied to your drip price at the visit. It is not an extra charge.
  • Need to change? Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your visit and your $50 moves to your new time. It can be used within 90 days.
  • Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice, not showing up, or not being at the address when your clinician arrives means the deposit is kept.
  • Deposits are not refunded as cash, with three exceptions where you get it back in full: our provider's health review finds IV therapy is not right for you, your address is outside our service area, or we have to cancel.

Who will give me my IV?

A licensed, trained clinician from BelieveWell Care. Every visit is overseen by our provider, a Doctor of Nursing Practice.

How long does a visit take?

Most drips take about 45 to 60 minutes. NAD+ is given more slowly and can take up to about 2 hours. Your clinician will let you know when you book.

Is IV therapy right for me?

Not everyone is a good fit for IV therapy. That is why every visit starts with a health review, and we will tell you honestly if a drip is not right for you.

How does the group offer work?

Book 3 or more drips at the same address and the same visit time, and each person saves $50 off their drip. Text us your group size and we will set it up.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. A $50 deposit per person holds your time and goes toward your drip. Change or cancel at least 24 hours ahead and it moves to your new time. Full refund if our provider finds IV therapy is not right for you, if you are outside our service area, or if we cancel. Full policy.
